Learn what foods cultures across the globe ate
to keep themselves healthy.
Infant to Age 3...and beyond
This nutrition and cooking class will teach
you how to prepare healthy food for yourself or the whole family. Learn
which nutrients have been revered for centuries as essential for human
development and healthy babies, and how to apply these principles today
for people and parents on the go. Discover tips for the entire family
including picky eaters. The class includes special information for women
that are pregnant, postpartum, and planning for pregnancy.
Course includes nutrition education on the health benefits of these
delicious foods, as well as hands-on experience preparing them.

You will learn the benefits of, and how to prepare:
- Fermented foods: Raw sauerkraut, yogurt & kefir, and our famous “IntentionaliTea” kombucha
and Mother Love Kraut
- Broths and soups: Vegetable and mineral broths, chicken and beef
stocks, and soups
- Raw dairy and fermented dairy products including whey
- Soaking and fermenting grains, nuts, seeds, and beans
- Spices for flavor and healing
We will discuss how these foods:
- Aid digestion
- Increase nutrient absorption and reserves
- Enhance immune function
- Support recovery from childbirth
- Nourish the growth and development of babies and childrenClass includes:
- Food tasting and recipes
- Jar of “class-made” sauerkraut to ferment at home
- Kombucha culture to make your own
