Healthful Living's goal in collecting personal information through its website
is to provide clients, potential clients, workshop participants, newsletter subscribers
and other persons with the most effective, personalized service possible and a
means for Healthful Living to contact individuals directly.
Healthful Living does not sell or share the personal or credit card information of our clients, potential clients, workshop participants, newsletter subscribers or other persons submitting information to Healthful Living.
Registration, E-mail and Other Forms
When you submit information for registration, appointments, and other activities and transactions, we collect your personal and organizational information such as: name, address, email address, organization name, and more. We may need to contact individuals to verify information. We maintain this information for our internal purposes only. We also use outside companies to process financial transactions.
Healthful Living does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Healthful Living offers a free monthly eNewsletter that it sends out to clients
and other interested individuals. Individuals subscribe on the Healthful Living
website, at workshops, speaking engagements or though personal contact. The subscriber
list is used only for this purpose, and it is not shared or sold. Subscribers
may choose to unsubscribe at any time, as the unsubscribe information is located
at the bottom of each eNewsletter; alternately, subscribers can contact Healthful
Living to unsubscribe.
The Healthful Living site contains links to other sites. Healthful Living is not responsible for the copyrights, privacy practices or the content of these sites.
Healthful Living may collect statistics about its web site usage and users, such as referring sites, browsers and IP addresses. This information is used to better gear content to its users. Healthful Living does not release this information to any third party.

are intended to be informational in nature, and are not intended to provide

Cancellation and Time Policy
We understand that sometimes, plans change. Here are our cancellation policies.
You may cancel a course up to fourteen (14) days in advance and receive a full
refund of your payment, less a $20 administrative fee. To officially cancel,
you must send an email to email@example.com stating your intention to
cancel and include your mailing address and e-mail address so that your refund
can be sent to you easily and quickly.
If you cancel a course less than fourteen (14) days in advance but more than
seven (7) days in advance, you may apply the full course fee (less a $20 administrative
fee) toward another Healthful Living course within 180 days of the original
course date, based on space available, on a first-come, first-served basis.
To officially cancel, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating
your intention to cancel.
If you cancel less than seven (7) days in advance, you will receive a credit
of 50% of the course fee toward another Healthful Living course within 180 days
of the original workshop date, based on space available, on a first-come, first-served
If you do not apply the fees towards a workshop within 180 days of the original
workshop date for which you paid, the fees are forfeited.
To cancel, you must notify us by telephone (NOT e-mail) 48
hours prior to your scheduled appointment – and your appointment time
will be rescheduled at mutual convenience. A $50 Appointment Cancellation Fee
will incur for cancellations of less than 48 hours notice.
For prepaid and discounted Appointment Packages, unused portions are not refundable.
It is highly recommended that Appointment Packages be fully utilized within
6 months of their original purchase date, as this best serves client and practitioner
objectives for motivation and timely results. Portions of prepaid packages will
be forfeited if unused after 9 months.
